Founder
With a degree in Civil Engineering and over a decade of experience in construction management, Matt Sypher is a seasoned professional who got started in New York City's heavy construction industry. His expertise spans design, project management, and cost estimation, ensuring projects are completed on time and with precision. Matt brings a steady, grounded presence to the fast-paced world of home construction. His calm demeanor and organized workflow help teams stay focused and productive.
After relocating to New Hampshire in 2015, he transitioned to freelance engineering and collaborating with various builders. In 2021, Matt shifted his focus to residential project management. His dedication to high-quality, efficient home construction led to him acquiring Laplante Builders in 2023. He prides himself on cultivating long-lasting relationships with vendors and clients, built on trust, collaboration, and a shared vision of connecting through innovation and creativity.
