Our Process
We will meet with you on-site to access the scope of work, take photos, and consult with trusted trades and suppliers. Within two weeks you will receive a preconstruction proposal with a rough estimate.
When the rough estimate is approved, a 10% deposit will be requested for pre-construction work and design hours in creating a finalized proposal and drawing set.
We closely work one on one to choose all interior and exterior selections and finalize the drawing set. This ensures all decisions have been made before construction begins. Once the drawing set is approved, a 10% deposit will be requested to begin construction.
The signing of the build contract will begin construction and the purchasing of selections. Based on the contract schedule, invoices will be sent out every 2 weeks upon which a payment is requested to continue on with work.
We keep communication open throughout the project, providing weekly updates and regular check-ins. All selections and daily logs can be accessed through a shared online platform that we utilize in our project management.
After a final inspection and certificate of occupancy, we will conduct a formal handover. In addition, Sypher Design Build provides one full year of post construction support.
