This project involved an extensive structural upgrade to meet modern building codes and safety standards, along with the installation of a high-efficiency energy package. The former garage attic was transformed into a luxurious primary suite featuring a custom-built wardrobe, dedicated home office with custom closet, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bath finished with handcrafted tile work. High-end, custom finishes are featured throughout the space, reflecting the level of detail and quality craftsmanship invested in the renovation.
Additional updates included three secondary bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The garage itself was restructured and renovated to include a new entryway and mudroom that seamlessly connects to the existing home.
