We revitalized this early 1920s home with thoughtful renovations and a new addition tailored to the needs of a growing family.The new area includes a first floor laundry room, half bath, and living room. A primary bedroom and bathroom suite was added to the second floor of the new addition. Interior trim was carefully replicated to match the dark original woodwork found throughout the existing home. The front porch and side entry stairwell were also renovated. New windows and siding were installed to enhance both aesthetics and performance.
Our client, a craftsman, contributed by building a custom wardrobe in the primary closet and completing detailed finishes on the front porch and side entry. The finished addition is both beautifully integrated and energy efficient.
