Lakehouse Renovation in Northwood, NH

This 1960's lakehouse was thoughtfully reimagined through a series of renovations and the addition of a new sunroom. The first floor was completely reworked to better suit a family eager to spend more time on the water. Updates included a new entryway and closet, a primary bedroom and bath, laundry closet, kitchen, living room, stairwell, and the addition of a guest bathroom. Structural modifications were carefully executed to open up expansive lake views and support the bright new sunroom. Upstairs, additional window and HVAC improvements were made in the guest bedrooms. The completed addition integrates seamlessly with the original home and exceeds Energy Star performance standards, an achievement that can be especially challenging in a remodel.
